Copy files from Google Drive to Dropbox
Check file type, destination path and content for a documented Google Drive to Dropbox copy route.
Content updated:
Does this route fit?
This plan suits a selected file whose content is available through the recorded read operation. It is not a full migration of folders, sharing settings or version history.
Untested: no complete practical workflow established.
2/2 steps backed by API documentation.
Required apps
Setup and a small test
Start with a small binary file and record its source ID, name and destination path. Check that the source returns downloadable bytes.
Decide what should happen if the destination path already exists. Confirm the behavior in your selected connection before writing.
Compare the downloaded destination bytes after copying. Keep the source until the content has been checked; upload success alone does not establish a complete transfer.

Do not request all scopes. Select the least privileged scope that covers the operation and resource.
Data transfer between steps
- Use alt=media for stored binary content. Google Workspace documents require a separate export operation, which is not mapped here.
Costs and limits
The provider describes standard use or use below its daily threshold without an additional API fee and announces future overage charges. Account, storage and connector costs may apply separately. Total cost has not been checked.

Tests and limitations
Google-native document formats may require a separate export. This plan establishes neither that export nor recursive folder copying, permission migration or source deletion.
Public verification reports · Open the local runner and instructions
Alternatives
Manually export documents into an agreed format when needed. The app directory also offers a separate OneDrive plan.
